![]() The tribe recognizes the importance of an independent Tribal Gaming Commission in maintaining a well-regulated gaming operation. Licenses issued through the KNGC are to Employees (Key and Non-key), Vendors (Gaming and Non-gaming), Vendor Principals, and KGI Board members. The Commission has the authority to take enforcement actions, including suspension or revocation of an individual gaming license when appropriate. ![]() To carry out its regulatory duties the Commission has unrestricted access to all area of the gaming operation and to all its records. Gaming authorized under the ordinance includes Class II and Class III gaming. The Commission performs regulatory oversight and monitors compliance with the tribal, federal, and applicable state regulations. The Commission consists of three (3) members, including a Chair, Vice-Chair and one additional member. The Kaw Nation Gaming Commission (KNGC) was established through an ordinance approved by the Kaw Nation Tribal Council to govern and regulate the operation of all forms of gaming and gaming operations on the Tribe’s Indian lands.
